Cheops is an IT services company with serious growth ambitions.

In order to support their new business goals and expansion, Cheops called upon our team to define their employer brand strategy and to create an appealing employer brand identity.

An employer brand is not only about attracting the right candidates for your business, an evenly important aspect of employer branding is to define a clear company culture that employees can take pride in. The clearer your employee culture is defined; the stronger employees can share it with the outside world and become true ambassadors of your brand.

Through a series of company-wide interviews we explored the current strengths of the employee culture. We helped employees & management to look at the values & behaviors that were needed to support the ambitious growth plans. In a collaborative session with extended management we aligned on the foundations of the Cheops employer brand & culture.

To express this Cheops culture, our team created a campaign that boasts confidence and moves the company forward with a surprising, stylish campaign, “let’s talk ambition”. The campaign shows Cheops employees, expressing their ambitions both at work and in their private lives.

The launch of the campaign was supported by a company-wide referral contest to give an extra boost to the ambassadorship of the employees. #letstalkambition was welcomed with great enthusiasm, the campaign is now live on the Cheops website and runs on social media.
