Sodiaal is one of the leading global dairy companies, being first in France and top 5 in the world. To strengthen its leadership and support its global growth ambitions into new foreign markets, Sodiaal realised the corporate brand needed a solid and authentic positioning.
While having strong consumer brands in its portfolio, the corporate brand is not yet strong enough to support international recognition. The corporate positioning had to express its strengths as a cooperative, unique DNA and ambitions.

We helped the corporate team to define and finetune their corporate positioning, story and signature. Pushing the team forward by crystallising 3 key brand pillars, we brought to live its new vision and ambitions.
A compelling brand movie translated the new strategy into a emotion and made the story visible, tangible and shareable for all of its internal and external audiences.
