Always a pleasure

Telenet is a company in constant transformation, resulting among others in a stronger focus on connected entertainment and in mergers & acquisitions. As part of the integration of BASE Company in the Telenet organization, we were asked in summer 2016 to rewrite Telenet’s Corporate Story, combining technology innovation with a warm human and societal touch.

After analysing available brand research we conducted a series of interviews with a broad variety of old and new employees, C-level members and the Board of Directors. We shaped the new foundations for a more humanised Telenet corporate brand and helped them to touch their purpose.
A new corporate tagline captured the essence of both the new company strategy and the impact on the lives of its customers, employees and partners.
