The changing role of Federgon in a changing labour market
Federgon is the Belgian federation of HR service providers. With a labour market that is continuously changing, the role of Federgon as a federation has also evolved over the years and its identity did no longer fit today’s reality. Therefore, it was decided to carry out a strategic thinking exercise in order to refocus on what Federgon stands for as an organization today and for the years to come. mad about you guided the entire process which resulted in a new mission, baseline and identity.
Bringing people together
With the new baseline ‘network for work’, Federgon positions itself as an unifier, advisor, inspirer and creator for its members and stakeholders. The shared mission? To ensure that everyone finds their place in the world of work. The starting point for the new identity is therefore the idea of ‘bringing together’, with as symbol 2 half circles moving towards each other, striving to become a perfect circle. The logo was developed in different colors, reflecting the diversity of the labor market.
The new identity was successfully launched at Federgon’s annual congress where members and other stakeholders were present. To support the launch, we developed a video that reflects on Federgon’s history and states its ambitions for the future.
