A clear employer brand for a rapidly growing company
Murprotec is an international company that offers the best solutions against humidity. They are number 1 in Europe, and in Belgium, the company counts 200 employees, spread between headquarters and 4 independent agencies. Murprotec is a rapidly growing company with high recruitment needs. Until recently, recruitment communication was managed by the local agencies. There was no overall employer brand, which meant that there was no clear image of Murprotec as an employer. Our mission was to write “the Murprotec manifesto”, a compelling story about working at Murprotec and to translate it into an employer branding campaign.
Introducing: the Pros of Murprotec
With “the Pros of Murprotec,” we give a face to the people behind the brand. Being number one in Europe with the best solutions against humidity is only possible with a team of true professionals who dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to Murprotec’s mission. By associating all employees with professionalism, they receive the recognition they deserve. For future employees, the bar is immediately set high (we aim for the best quality), but in a friendly and motivating way: with the right attitude, anyone can become a Pro of Murprotec.
True ambassadorship
The concept was received with lots of enthusiasm. A photo session was organized with a number of employees who were thrilled about becoming ambassadors for their company. The campaign is now visible on the website, social media, at trade shows and on local materials. Internally, the idea of “the Pros of Murprotec” is very much alive: employees are referred to as ‘our Pros’ and ‘Pro awards’ are given to employees who have achieved something exceptional. Due to the great success of the concept, the campaign will also be rolled out in France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
