Large delivery? Count on Kees!

Extra@Home is the division of PostNL that takes care of large deliveries, such as furniture, kitchen appliances and e-bikes.
To gain brand awareness amongst retailers, mad about you was asked to develop a B2B campaign, introducing the services of Extra@Home in Belgium in an original way.
Under the umbrella ‘Klaar is Kees / Patrick est prêt’ we created a personality named Kees (Patrick pour les francophones), a top dude who puts everything at work to satisfy both the retailers and the consumers.
In order to deliver our message to retailers in Belgium, we produced a mix of short films with real Extra@Home customers and spread them via social media and a dedicated landing page. These films were combined with a direct mailing.

One year after the launch of the brand awareness campaign for Extra@Home of PostNL, we made a sequel for ‘Klaar is Kees’. This time, the emphasis lay on the number of extra services that Extra@Home provides, together with the high satisfaction rate of the end consumers.
In 2 short films that were targeted towards retailers via social media, our hero Kees shows us what he’s got while bringing a smile on our faces. Besides an elaborate exposure on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, the campaign was supported with an emailing towards the prospects and a dedicated landing page.
