In recent years, SD Worx has become the leading international HR services provider with a workforce of well over 3000 employees. The fast growth of the company results in a strong increase in demand for new employees throughout Europe and in Mauritius. mad about you has developed the new global employer brand platform for SD Worx to support the company’s international growth ambitions.

The new employer brand platform was developed in collaboration with various countries and departments within SD Worx. This resulted in a refreshed approach of the employer brand promise ‘it’s your move’, which states the freedom SD Worx offers to develop your own career in all possible directions.

An endless space of possibilities.

To illustrate this promise, we developed a series of videos in which freedom of movement is translated into a body language: the main characters interact with each other in a 3D environment, an endless space of possibilities. In addition to a general master movie, separate declinations were made for technology & IT, emerging markets and staffing profiles to highlight their specific strengths as employer.

For the production we collaborated with an international team of choreographers, dancers, and specialists in greenkey and 3D/VFX graphics.

The employer brand tools have been developed for multichannel use and can be widely used in the various countries in local recruitment campaigns.
