Telenet is the leading Belgian telecom company. As part of the integration of BASE Company in the Telenet organization, we were asked in 2016 to rewrite Telenet’s Corporate Story and to give a human face to a company that thrives on technology & innovation.

After analyzing available brand research across their portfolio and reputation studies, we conducted a series of interviews with a broad variety of employees of both merging companies, C-level members and the Board of Directors.

We shaped the new foundations for a more human Telenet corporate brand. The new corporate story served as the basis for all press relations & stakeholder communications. It captures the essence of company and its impact on the lives of its customers, employees and partners.
